I’m Emily, a results-oriented masters student who finds satisfaction in understanding the human-environment relationships between food systems, urban development, and society, while practicing science communication. My professional research delves into food insecurity and the equity of health that resulted in research projects ranging from socioeconomic inequalities of farmers market and the depletion of indigenous foodways.
